Purchase and use is subject to conditions and care set out in the owner handbook. No goods will be dispatched before payment unless prior arrangement has been made for credit. Goods marked with the price of $0 or $0.00 are not available even if they appear on the invoice and therefore are not sold or paid for and will not be dispatched. Quadbar (Aust) retains ownership of all goods until they are paid for. All goods sold are subject to the Australian consumer law
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible typically within 1-5 business days of placement of order. Domestic delivery orders are shipped by Australia Post and normally take 5-7 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped by EMS and normally take 5-7 business days. Deliveries are processed Monday through Friday (unless a public holiday).
Refunds & Returns
You can choose between refunds, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, and are different from a sample shown to you. Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If Quadbar (Aust) agrees to accept the return of goods, any goods returned for any reason by the purchaser, are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any costs incurred including all freight to the customer and return freight to Quadbar (Aust). All product must be in its original packaging, unused and returned within 7 days (or reasonable time) of dispatch from Quadbar (Aust). In addition, all damage or signs of use and repackaging costs of any damaged packaging will be at the expense of the purchaser.
All and any greed refunds, less any costs will be made only by electronic funds bank transfer to the purchases bank account only, providing all the information is provided to make the transaction easy as possible.
